This is a great cookbook . We watch this show and love the recipes and all the comparisons and product info. Unfortunately we had to return the book because it is just waaaay too heavy. Both my 84 year old mom and me have arthritis and the book is just too big to use. Would have worked better for use as volumns rather than every recipe in 1 book. But that's just my opinion.
